Becoming Cinnaglaze

What was once a local business known as Cangraze was shaken up like so many others by the Coronavirus. Cangraze specialised in glamorous grazing table displays for events such as birthday parties, baby showers and weddings.

Initially the restrictions were crippling and it wasn't clear how to move forward. To add fuel to the fire of frustration, semantic technicalities meant that the business was not eligible for any government stimulus.

From the love, passion and training in desserts, Ashleigh (owner and pastry chef) began experimenting with the simple task of creating amazing cinnamon scrolls. After many iterations and dealing with brutal feedback from close friends and family, what is now known as the original Cinnaglaze cinnamon scroll was found.

From humble beginnings selling these scrolls on the side of the road and setting up stalls in shopping centres Cinnaglaze has expanded the range of desserts available. Many of these delights are also now available online and nation wide.

Now we put smiles on faces across the country as they open up a Cinnaglaze box, dig into their treats and taste happiness.
