Yes! Our shipping partners deliver Australia wide. Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping carriers have been experiencing delays. If your order is time sensitive we recommend choosing the fastest shipping method at checkout.
WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?
The delivery timeframe of your order is 1-3 business days from the date your order is dispached. Dispatch days are Mondays and Wednesdays. You are likely to receive your dispatch email on the next dispatch day (whichever is closer).
Where Monday lands on a public holiday the next dispatch day with be Wednesday.
NOTE - Due to COVID-19 impacts to demand on couriers there may be delivery delays. Please keep this delay in mind when ordering.
Due to the COVID-19 impact, your order may take longer than the 1-3 days.
Please note that there may be further delays in transit that are beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility or provide refunds for delays that are caused by the courier.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPENT IS ABSENT?
If the recipient is away upon delivery, a few things will happen:
- The courier will leave the goods at the front or rear door if the recipient is absent and there is a safe place to do so
- If the courier is unable to leave the package, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery can then occur for an additional fee.
If we are unable to deliver to the address, the order is returned to us so it is important to monitor the tracking number. This is beyond our control but as a policy in good faith we can redeliver a fresh order at a charge of 50% of the original cost plus the additional delivery charge.
